We offer a 7-day minimum turnaround for all standard cookies, cupcakes, and cheesecakes. This ensures our treats are fresh and perfectly chilled for your enjoyment.
Decorated Sugar Cookies & Cakes
For our intricate designs and layered cakes, we require a 14-day minimum turnaround. This allows us to prepare your masterpiece with precision and care.
Rush Orders
If you need your order sooner than 7 days, we can accommodate rush orders on a case-by-case basis. Please note that rush orders are subject to a $25 rush fee.

Cancel at least 3 days before your scheduled date for a full refund. Cancel less than 3 days before your scheduled date for a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are nonrefundable. Submit your request. We confirm availability and your final total by email, then send a Square invoice for payment. Pickup is free by appointment in Southeast Travis County. Delivery is $10 in Travis, Williamson or Hays County. Appointment hours: weekdays 6–8 PM; weekends 5–8 PM Central. Holiday exceptions apply. Your order is confirmed after payment.
